Abstract:
Abstract The objective of this study is to describe and analyze Human Governance analytics to face the Digital Economy. Based on the purpose of this study, the following research questions were formulated: Which are the main Human Governance analytics for Public Organizations to face the Digital Economy? The main findings are based on bibliometric analysis and two case studies applied to Public Organizations, the analytics regarding talent search and acquisition, talent development, and talent performance appraisal were identified by the bibliometric analysis and tested in the case studies. The goal is to help organizations to transform their processes and contribute to higher efficiency and effectiveness, based on digital technologies.
