No 168, Apas Papers from Academic Public Administration Studies Archive - APAS

Abstract: This investigation tries to study which factors influence current student satisfaction during higher education consumption, as well as their level of satisfaction, and at the same time to check whether these factors and their level of satisfaction change when students are already in the labour market. For this, a study on two occasions, 2002 and 2008, was performed to test a conceptual model of satisfaction formation trough structural equations. Conclusions suggest that the level of satisfaction from 2002 to 2008 declined by one percentage point, still, the weights in the explanatory model of satisfaction changed between the two samples.
