Wage structures, employment adjustments and globalisation: evidence from linked and firm-level panel data sets

Abstract: This volume examines the development of linked and panel data sets for European labour market and social policy analysis, with special focus on labour turnover flows and mobility, the role of labour market institutions and firms' human resource strategies in relation to wages, and the labour market outcomes of internationalization.
