Abstract:
*Accessibility, the ease of reaching destinations, is the most comprehensive land use and transport performance measure (Levinson & Wu, 2020; Wachs & Kumagai, 1973; Wu & Levinson, 2020). It has been applied in planning since the 1950s (Hansen, 1959), yet significant barriers to practical adoption remain (Handy, 2020). Advances in computing/software allow complex accessibility measures at high spatio-temporal resolution, moving research fast, but practical implementation lags (Boisjoly & El-Geneidy, 2017).
