Abstract:
Abstract The book ends with the conclusions, a summary of the main theoretical and managerial implications that emerged from the study, accompanied by a reflection on the limitations of the research. The latter are discussed not only as constraints on the work done but also as insights that may pave the way for future research on the topic. The managerial implications offer examples of concrete activities that practitioners can put into practice to overcome future crises as well as implications and recommendations for policymakers.
