A chapter in Marketing and Sales Automation, 2023, pp 85-95 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This paper clarifies and distinguishes B2B and B2C sales and marketing and what social selling is about as this is the basis for then elaborating these matter areas in the context of marketing automation. The paper recommends not automating personal interactions. A good use of automation tools can be in background operations such as CRM systems. In any case, a user should always adhere to the social media platform rules and regulations which in a B2B environment is most likely LinkedIn.
