Recognising and Resolving Conflicts
Stephan Proksch
Chapter 1 in Conflict Management, 2016, pp 1-12 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter introduces the subject matter of the book, conflict management in the workplace. I explain what a conflict is, how to recognise one, how a conflict situation can be analysed, which problems can arise from conflicts and the uses that they have. I also make some initial recommendations for dealing with difficult discussions.
