Abstract: Abstract Seldom have there been phases in which the development of the communications profession was so confusing as it is today. Depending on the type of company, its size and the size of the team—and subject above all, of course, to the market in question—the paths to the future differ. What all have in common is that communicators must find their own answer to the digital transformation. The authors are convinced that the following ten guidelines can help them to find it.
