Abstract: Abstract The following pages offer explanations of terms used in this book and in the context of IT tenders. Some of these terms have a broader meaning that extends beyond the context of IT tenders. To make sure this glossary is a useful tool for work, we have not said in most cases that some words may have different meanings outside the IT environment (Table 8.1).
