Abstract:
Abstract An extreme dynamic rarely seen in any other sector can currently be observed in retailing, resulting in enormous changes to commercial structures. In particular, the digitalization of commerce and the development of mobile Internet are drivers of this trend. In this regard, it becomes clear that smartphone usage and location-based services (LBS) present great opportunities for brick-and-mortar retailing.
