As a management consultant focusing on the attractiveness of places, he has given strategic advice on how to attract and retain international talent, earn a reputation for being a sustainable and liveable place or attract investments. Previously Pärtel worked at the European Parliament with foreign and defence affairs, regional development, and public relations.
